After shampooing, wet the conditioner bar in between your hands. Making sure your hair is still wet, gently rub the bar down the mid-lengths & ends of your hair. Long or thick hair may need more strokes, while shorter or thin hair will need less. You won't feel it doing anything at first, but keep gliding the bar down the length of your hair. After a few passes, it will start to detangle & smooth within seconds. Then, use your hands like a comb to distribute the product through your hair.

Generally, you can expect a 1.75oz conditioner bar to last up to 50 uses, depending on how much you apply, hair thickness, & frequency of use. A standard 8oz bottle of regular conditioner would last someone about 20 washes. Some users report their bars lasting 5+ months.
