DIRECTIONS
Aromatic Use: Add 10 drops to diffuser. May be diffused at full strength - use our glass nebulizers for maximum aromatic results.

General Recommended Topical Dilution:
Facial Cosmetics: .2% - 1.5%
Body Massage: 1.5% - 3%
Bath & Body Products: 1% - 4%
Specific Problem: 4% - 10%
Pain, Wounds: 5% - 20%

Safety Info:
Do not use undiluted on the skin. May be applied topically at a maximum of 0.5% if pregnant, nursing or under a doctor's care. Not for use on children under the age of ten.
